As part of our continuous effort to improve our services, we will upgrade the Cumulocity IoT DataHub (CDH) on jp.cumulocity.com environment on the 3rd of April 2024, between 07:00 and 10:00 UTC.
Cumulocity IoT Datahub Microservice will be impacted and restarted. Users may experience Cumulocity IoT Datahub unavailability or interruptions during the restart procedure.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.
Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the upgrade.
We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the upgrade. We will inform you as we progress through the upgrade and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
