Update - As part of the resolution process, we need to perform a rollback to the Cumulocity Core version prior to the last maintenance.
This action will necessitate rolling restarts of the core nodes, which may be noticeable to our Customers.

Identified - We identified an issue with a changed JVM behavior that was introduced when applying an update which changed the handling for some SSL ciphers. Some customers have reported issues with device connectivity.

In order to overcome this issue we will revert that particular configuration to establish the behavior from before the last maintenance. This will require rolling restarts of the core nodes which might be noticed by customers.

We upgrade Cumulocity platforms during the following time periods:​

- apj.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC ​
- jp.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC

These upgrades do not impact service availability. However, network connection resets might be observed. ​

Maintenance (which impacts service availability) will be announced separately using Statuspage notifications. Notifications are also used in case of platform-wide issues. If you want to be informed about such notifications, please register using the button above.

This will be a background activity that will have little or no impact on your use of jp.cumulocity.com; there is no anticipation of Platform unavailability or interruption.

Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the maintenance.

We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the maintenance. We will inform you as we progress through the migration and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
