By default the platform is maintained according to the release policy and upgraded usually during the following time periods:

- apj.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC ​
- jp.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC

Resolved - A significant increase in data processing activity was observed on the JP cumulocity instance's database, leading to temporary performance degradation.

The slowdown was caused by unexpectedly high data transaction activity related to client subscriptions following a recent platform update.

Our operations team identified the specific data transaction causing the load and implemented an immediate database optimization. This action successfully normalized the processing load, and the platform components returned to normal operation.
