By default the platform is maintained according to the release policy and upgraded usually during the following time periods:

- apj.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC ​
- jp.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC

Maintenance that affects service availability and incidents are announced via Statuspage notifications. To receive notifications via email or text message, click the 'Subscribe to updates' button at the top.

Please note that we reserved the right to deploy non-service impacting changes or changes with very little foreseeable impact at any time.

As part of our continuous effort to improve our service, we will conduct emergency maintenance on the Cumulocity platform apj.cumulocity.comenvironment on 11th of December, between 10:30 and 11:30 UTC.

MAINTENANCE IMPACT: The maintenance will occur in the background and is expected to have minimal or no SLA relevant impact on the Cumulocity Platform, with no anticipated platform unavailability.

Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the maintenance.

We will inform you as we progress through the maintenance and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
