This status page shows the service availability and performance of the Asia-Pacific cloud platforms operated by Cumulocity (status page for Europe and US). For more information on service level and service availability, please refer to the service-level agreements.

By default the platform is maintained according to the release policy and upgraded usually during the following time periods:

- apj.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC ​
- jp.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 08:00 to 14:00 UTC

Maintenance that affects service availability and incidents are announced via Statuspage notifications. To receive notifications via email or text message, click the 'Subscribe to updates' button at the top.

Please note that we reserved the right to deploy non-service impacting changes or changes with very little foreseeable impact at any time.
