This status page displays Asia-Pacific platforms operated by Cumulocity IoT. For European and US Public Cloud platforms, please refer to https://cumulocity.statuspage.io/

This page shows the service availability and performance of our platforms. The platform is considered available as long as devices and users can save and retrieve data via REST, MQTT and LWM2M (where applicable) services.​

We upgrade Cumulocity platforms during the following time periods:​

- apj.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC ​
- jp.cumulocity.com - Wednesday from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC

These upgrades do not impact service availability. However, network connection resets might be observed. ​

Maintenance (which impacts service availability) will be announced separately using Statuspage notifications. Notifications are also used in case of platform-wide issues. If you want to be informed about such notifications, please register using the button above.

Please be informed that we will perform maintenance on the jp.cumulocity.com Cumulocity IoT platform on the 30th of January 2025, between 12:15 and 15:15 UTC.

This will be a background activity that will have little or no impact on your use of jp.cumulocity.com; there is no anticipation of Platform unavailability or interruption. Microservices may have to be restarted and unavailable for a short period during the maintenance window.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.

Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the maintenance.

We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the maintenance. We will inform you as we progress through the maintenance and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
