The platform is maintained according to the release policy and upgraded usually during the following time periods:

As part of our continuous effort to improve our service, we will conduct maintenance of underlying infrastructure on the Cumulocity platform apj.cumulocity.com environment on the 22nd of May from 01:00 UTC to 07:00 UTC.

This will be a background activity that will have little or no impact on your use of apj.cumulocity.com; there is no anticipation of Platform unavailability or interruption. Agents and Microservices, including the Advanced Streaming Analytics module, will have to be restarted and unavailable during the restart procedure.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure you we shall keep any such interruptions to a minimum.

Please make sure that all your relevant users of the Cumulocity IoT Platform are subscribed to our update services and are aware of the maintenance.

We will provide you with an additional reminder one hour before the maintenance.

We will inform you as we progress through the maintenance and in case there are any deviations from the communicated plan.
